I got 2 hours 2 minutes 53 seconds and got the achievement. last attempt was at 2 hours 19 minutes 43 seconds. So it could be anywhere between those two.
This run includes glitching.
oh wow, that's an impressive time. I didn't use any glitching, so that's probably why I haven't been able to get that time yet
Sharing all places where you needed to glitch would be very kind of you.
Though I love how the intro says "This game should not be played to win" then Frictional add a speedrunner achievement.
It does seem that the 'dev' time is 2h20m according to the game code, but as we've seen in this discussion it would seem that it could be just a little bit under that.
I would believe that pausing the game stops the timer. If that doesn't, quitting to the menu surely does. Reason being is that I sporadically did my 2nd playthrough to get all the other achievements (not in one session) and my game time according to the debug console was around 6h30m so the Speedster achievement should still pop even if quit and play later, or even if you reload a previous save.
This guy beat game in 1 hour and 15 minutes with glitches. I used one and speedrun the game in 2 hours and 6 minutes.
I don't think it's possible. I just started a timer on my phone right after pressing the start button on the main menu screen.

Enable the debug toolbar, open it with F1 and then tick Messages under the Debug section
There's a guide that I created previously

Once it's enabled you can easily change some of the game's code to log the in-game time whenever you want, such as when completing a chapter, pressing pause etc. but I haven't done that yet.

Still, I have no idea how it is possible to beat this game under 2,20 hrs without skipping anything. Clipping through doors is real pain in the ass on the PS4, but I managed to do it in this particular place.
