Does anyone know how to get all EX-Skill in Megaman Zero 3? "Alguem sabe como pegar todas as EX- Skill no Megaman Zero 3"

Even with Ultimate I can only get 4 Ex-Skill of the 4 initial bosses "Ending the game and starting over" and then the rank goes down from S, A to B even though it is fast and not being hit or dying the rank drops to B ... Does anyone have a tip on how to not fall from Rank B?

Well, he said that he even tried this on Ultimate mode where all cyber-elves are active with no punishment, so...

Here are requirements:
1) Do every mission objective. Most missions don't have one, but those that do - you better do them or else your rank really drops. Off the top of my head, the first underwater stage requires you to press the 4 buttons before the boss destroys them, and sunken library requires you to never enter wrong doors.
2) Kill many enemies. I'm sure this was the problem actually.
3) Don't get hit.
4) Don't die.
5) Be fast.
6) Don't use fusion elves, doesn't matter on Ultimate.
I think that's it.

Reyes I collected all the Disk and unlocked the Ultimate mode and all cyber-elves are active with no punishment ok.

In regards to the "Don't die" requirement, you can ignore that entirely if you have save points enabled. It's kinda cheating in a way, but the game doesn't seem to care so it's fair game I suppose. I would just recommend not using them for if you are going for self-imposed limitations to get the most challenge out of it.

When you get all the Cyber-Elves, you can use without being penalized and I confirmed that the problem was in the missions and I already got all the Ex-Skill. I focused on getting all the Cyber-Elves to be easier and I had to finish the game 3 times to have all the Ex-Skill.
