Report a translation problem
I don't know if it works with the Zero collection but give it a try. Not sure which shader to even use considering the Zero games, unlike X games, were not originally played on a CRT monitor.
Speaking of shaders, what the hell did Capcom think when they made the CRT shader in-game. Have they even seen a CRT monitor. It's the most half-assed shader I've seen. That picture is only true for NES and other console that doesn’t natively output RGB or S-Video.
And Nintendo almost never cared about how their game asset looked like on a real CRT (their SNES games are stretched from 8:7 to 4:3):
