Farming wishing wells

Hi there, so i'm currently almost done with unlocking all the content in the game (just need numbers and spoon unlocks), but I haven't seen a wishing well in a good 20+ runs, whats the best way to find them so I can begin my long slow grind on getting the gear they have

If you use a Create Exit scroll in a special room it will spawn one of the shrine rooms. This will give you increased chance of finding a wishing well.

Perhaps we should add a specific Wish scroll that summons it as well... Hmmm
