Unrealistic aspects of operating an electric locomotive
As a fan of railways, I found a lot of wrong things, such as: charging pressure of the equalization tank and brake line - 5.0-5.2 (for freight and passenger trains), 4.5-4.7 for EMU. Increasing this pressure, except during release or checking for integrity, is prohibited, otherwise it will lead to self-activation of the brakes. Also, a locomotive traffic light does not provide restrictions like 60 on green or 40 on yellow. Freight trains have a maximum speed of 90 km/h. The speed on the section is set by restrictions; a yellow signal can indicate either a simple yellow signal, or 2 yellow/2 yellow, the top flashing one, or even three yellow ones with restrictions of 60 and 40/40 and 20 km/h, respectively. Also, for some reason the second position of the driver’s tap in Russian is written as “Maintenance” and not “Train”. Also, I noticed gross errors in signaling (traffic lights and their placement) such as: exit traffic lights at the exit of the depot (often there are no traffic lights there, or if there are, they are shunting ones), on adjacent tracks, on the same track 1 flashes yellow, which means that the next signal is 2 yellow (including the top flashing one), but the next signal is the same, when the buffer lights are turned on, both white and red lights turn on simultaneously. And most importantly, I experienced a heart attack with a stroke from the sight of an EMU with pantographs on the head cars and couplings from the front cabin at the rear at a speed of no more than 5 km/h, although it should be no more than 3. If you are interested in a more detailed explanation, then I can do it for a Russian-speaking person

So I found a joint with a Russian translation - the kilovoltmeter is called a brake reservoir -_-

Who cares about that kind of realism? You can shoot an AK out of a train window!
Thank you! I too have discovered many errors in the locomotive electrics, but I doubt that the developers are interested.

lol who cares its fun! I dont really think they were going for realism drinking vodka and shooting a AK out the window while driving a train is not realistic either lol. You want realism go play train sim world or something.

One thing is, the trains coming from the other side are too frequent. It's like they're torturing me.
