Do you really prefer DragonFangZ over this one?

I played like one hour of this game and enjoyed it.
Since many people in the reviews were saying that one should buy the Z instead of playing this mobile game, I bought it. And I'm not sure if Z is better than this one.

After playing for a little over 3 hours, it feels like I've seen everything.
The lack of dungeons and the fact that you carry barely anything between runs is a bummer. And yes, I know this is a rogue-lite, which I have played and enjoyed many. But the key point of rogue-lites is the variety. If you want to spend hundreds of hours in one, you need to have different runs every time. And all my runs have been really similar in Z.

I have to confess, the only 'mystery dungeon' that I have ever played is the Chocobo one on Wii, which I quite enjoyed. Although the dungeons were randomly generated, there was a meta progression (so it could have a story) and you could carry a few things, like jobs, between runs.

So, I feel that Z, that lacks so much in variety, could use some form of meta progression. And here is where Drahn comes. Yes, I know it's a mobile-gacha game, but you have things to look for. Like equipment and new fangs (which I really liked them here, sorta like a monsters collection game). Another thing that I think this game has done better is the variety of places... having dungeons following a theme (like an ice cave), is way better than the mess that the two dungeons currently available for me on Z are.

Maybe if the three (expensive and never on sale) dlcs on Z were included in the main game it would add some variety to it, but, right now, I really think this gacha game is better than the paid one

I bought that too considering how cool is this but bummer, Z is boring with awfull buggy mechanics and questionable design. Item system and warehouse is especially joke. Progressing is practically impossible. Even controlls are bad, i could not find a way to play it only with controller, mouseing is worse in Z too. Had to use some mix control. Shortly Z:bad notZ:good.
