Crysis 2

Crysis 2

Any way to play Crysis 2 after activations have expired?
I have been reliving the Crysis experience again... that is until I got to Crysis 2. I bought it on Steam back in 2011, but running the game today for the first time, it asks for the activation code. I enter the code and get the ol' "your 3 activations have been exceeded" message. I followed the directions to contact AE, but there appears to be nobody home in the support dept. I tried contacting Steam but haven't been able to find a way to talk to a human.

I'm constantly building new, and rebuilding my PCs. Obviously, remembering which PC I have Crysis 2 on and remembering that it is a limited activation game is not at the forefront of my mind. This happened years ago when I exceeded Crysis 2 activations. I was able to get it extended then by contacting EA. So, what do I do now? Kiss my $60 away?

I've already tried that. They just say to contact Electronic Arts. But EA doesn't seem to be available in their support dept.

What you can do is contact ea via Live chat, make sure to login to your ea account if you are going to log a support request.

You may also want to backup the folder I think that stores the activation info.
The fact that it's now a single player only game makes the drm rather pointless
