Bulletstorm don't launch on Windows 8.1 64

I had bought Bulletstorm on Steam and tried launching it. But when the game starts i see a black screen only a couple of seconds. The game don't start. I know problem in Games for Windows Live.
So what should i do? I can't refund the game unfortunately...

Hello stounfred. Uninstall the game. Remove everything from Bulletstorm. Make the download of the game again, but first, install GFWL. go.microsoft.com / fwlink /? LinkId = 98609. Let the software do all the updates that are requested, create the account. Try opening the game when finished, but do not forget to do it all before. If the game still does not work, exit Steam and re-enter the "Administrator Mode". Here worked with Windows 8.1, Core i7, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA 580. If it still does not work, call Microsoft Support. No need to uninstall the game. I had the same problem. Uninstalled everything related to GFWL from the control panel, then installed the GFWL from the link provided, and now it's working. THANKS!

stounfred, I can confirm that ricardo_lsfac and pagb666 are right. I installed Games for Windows Live after I installed Bulletstorm. I signed in and started to play the game.
