All this talk about co-op and playing with our friends and you can't even give us a simple text chat.

Not everyone can use voice chat, some people are mute, some are deaf, some play games late at night so they can't make too much noise and some people just hate using a mic.

I'm pretty agree with that :) I'm not against vocal but at least having a "mini-chat" like in Monster Hunter World (where you can only type a limited amont of words per phrase, just for warning or give some indication)

Thank god Quick Play is in at launch.

The fact they directly mention crossplay not being available "at this time" gives me hope it'll maybe come in a future update :)

Please make push to talk on by default.

Push to talk should definitely be on by default! Also a chat would be nice

This looks pretty damn awesome. However, no joining games in progress will be problematic for puggers, which are the vast majority of players in these games.

I like the option to quick play tbh but this game needs some sort of chat or something

Yeah, I agree some sort of chat would be nice. Even if minimal communication via commands, like: "Wait, Come, Go" etc. I noticed there were times I had found a chest or point of interest, and there was no way to tell other players

so no news today as stated in this news from yesterday? "Tomorrow we’ll dive into gear and cosmetics, on Saturday we will detail our learnings from BETA, and close out the week with insight into the weekly gameplay ritual on Sunday!"
