Game BREAKING bug with house call level.

There are strange rocks all over that you phase through, the bridge starts DOWN instead of up, but that is all manageable. however when you get to the tony stark section everything is too bugged to move forward, it is literally impossible to grab your gauntlets because there is a second, sometimes invisible, table blocking the interact area. I just got this game and im trying to play through the campaign but i am literally HARD locked at this mission and theres no options for me to move on. I tried reloading checkpoints, verifying game cache, re-installing and even starting over the campaign up to this point but it is a consistent hard lock on the game.

I cant believe they would have so many micro transactions in a game so broken.

Still having this issue, i have a backup and every time i check the level is still broken, wish i could actually play through the game i bought :|

If you are able to share your save files either here or with customer support we can also use those to further investigate the issue, that should help ensure the problem will be solved soon.

i can get my save file to the broken level again and send it to you if that would work, how do i send it in though?

Hey man, do you still have the problem? I got it fixed by restarting the campaign. I heard some people can't get it fixed even tho they restarted but I got it working on my end. It's worth a try since we don't know when is the next patch.

Hey Sarge, open the game and on the launcher screen click on Technical Support, this will open square enix support website, once there ignore the FAQ's and buttons and click on Login on right top corner, login with your steam account and after you're logged in you'll see "My Cases" and "Contact" under your name, go for Contact and create the ticket.

To upload the save files you will have to compress the folder to either zip or rar as you can only upload these file types: png, jpg, jpeg, bmp, mp4, avi, wav, txt, nfo, zip, rar, pdf, doc, docx, odt.

I'll keep y'all posted when they get back to my case

As i finished writing the previous comment I've noticed the game is now updating, downloading 15gb. Hopefully it will fix.

The update has fixed my issue, loaded the save and the textures were correct and i've got the gloves now

Most recent update still did not fix the issue for me, even after reverting to a backup save.
