Marvel's Avenger's HARM Training Room Level 5 Missing

I have completed the HARM training rooms levels 1 through 4 but can not see a level 5. Steam has an achievement for doing all 5 levels. What do I need to do to get 5 to appear?

This happened to me. Every quest from the original game needs completed before it unlocked.
Can’t think of the quest line after main campaign but prob in your objectives.

I did complete the main campaign as well so this is what has me so confused.

its not next to the other four, look lower on the mission select screen

Not just main campaign.
Avengers Re-Assemble maybe it’s called. It should take a few hours.

Did that one too but it finally popped on its own. Weird glitch.
