Free DLC?
Are the free DLC's as of March 31st already in the game or do I need to acquire them?

They're all in the game no need to claim them.

There are no DLCs, all of the characters included were in update.

There was some cosmetic DLC though, and that is now part of the Definitive Edition. The High Resolution Texture Pack is also free DLC and still needs to be downloaded separately if you want to use high rez textures. That is done through the Steam settings of the game if you're playing the Steam version, other platforms would have their own ways to install the texture pack.
