He was never DLC for Playstation either, but was added on that platform as a free exclusive update.
None of the post-launch characters in this game are DLC but were put in as free updates.
Your just being Nit Picky about the Wording Captain. No idea why your signaling me out when I am pretty sure we are in agreement that expecting Spider-man to be on PC at this point is pretty stupid.
I'm not singling you out, I tend to always correct people here when they talk about the character/content additions of the game as DLC.
It was just manipulation from some gaming journalists who called the expansions DLC, because people associate DLC with paywalls. It caught on and was one of the things which harmed the sales of the game.
Devs never called this content DLC, not even once.
And yes I don't think there's any chance for Spider-Man to get added on the other platforms anymore.
Okay, I can understand that. All is good then.
Sadly I have found it pretty pointless to argue what a Term means anymore. It seems Kids now just think DLC is for anything that is added after the Games Release, regardless if you pay for it or not. Its the same with P2W and GOTY, they no longer see it as it was Defined when it came out.
I still bought the game and enjoy it, but it's disingenious to say this has everything when it's missing She-Hulk and Spider-Man
Still it is the most unabridged version of the game to exist, so...
It cant miss things it never had.

Are you even old enough to have a Steam Account? Does Mommy and Daddy know you are on their Account? If you apologize and promise not to do it again then you might still get a Bedtime Story.
Spider-Man is in this game, but not this v ersion of the game, what you missing
The fact that you refuse to accept that he was never included in the PC Version, thus he was never part of the Game. I know you WANT him to be, we all do, but he was never going to be. It was stated by them from the start that he was going to be Playstation Exclusive. Thus he cannot be excluded when he was never going to be in it. I dont know how many different ways this has to be explained to you.
Spider-Man was never DLC in any version of the game.
