Question regarding "The Definitive Edition"

when the game was on his prime i heard that its DLC had to be bought in the ingame store. So my question is, does all that ingame store content DLC is included in the The Definitive Edition?
The store page refers that it included DLC Missions (missions might not be the same as a DLC content), so i m looking for the comunity knowledge of the game.

All story content was free. There were a few small "expansions" and a large Black Panther expansion. Those were free content added to the game. The only thing you had to pay real money for was optional costume skins basically.

I don't even remember why they called it the "Definitive Edition." I think it's cuz they just added some stupid skin pack to the game that used to cost extra.

i tought those expansions were Paid content. Guess it was misinformation.
