So..
Base game and most of the base game endgame = Yes
Post-launch content = No, unless they change something later
Interesting, is the story actually complete or does the post-launch content significantly expand upon it?
The base game campaign is pretty much a complete experience then there's a scene after the credits that justifies the post-launch stuff, much like most marvel movies do it.
The "one time online access is required for the campaign" that you mentioned in your first post just refers to the day one patch when the game launched. I'm pretty sure that patch is just supplied with the Steam install. When they announced the day one patch they said "Those who purchase the game digitally will receive the patch along with the game's initial download".
Thanks, this is very helpful!
Games will be laggier but as long as one person is playing the MP will never actually be shut down or dead.
You have a source for the peer-to-peer stuff? Not that a doubt what you are saying, just don't want to go around saying the same thing to other people without the source.
In the article released by CD they say they are "changing how the game functions so that multiplayer is playable for as long as possible"- that is them changing it to P2P. Miller, the leaker who has proven 100% correct about everything, details that the game is now P2P with events on permanent rotation (in the game client itself rather than on the dedicated servers)

If you also use a little game dev common knowledge, this is probably why all the skins are being given away free now. If you make the game all on locally hosted servers and take their dedicated servers out of the equation there's no longer any way to properly authenticate purchases.
