No clue to be honest, clicking the link for it to just bugs out the store page for me
For reference I'm running a 5900X, 6800XT and 32gb ram. Game is running at 4k HDR with max settings at 60fps without issue
It seems to chew through ram though, seen it as high as 85% usage so watch out for that
If you're playing 1080p, you would have to really look hard to even notice the difference in using the HD texture pack. Mainly used for higher resolutions so if you're playing in 4k, then yes you would notice the differences a lot easier.
