Future Imperfect Artifact

Can't get passed phase 3 of the Future Imperfect quest for the artifact.
It says to complete 2 missions, but they don't appear...
Anyone knows hot to solve this?

Those 2 missions are random villain sectors that are supposed to be listed in the faction terminals, being rotated in and out.

The villain sectors have been bugged for ages though, I believe. The same few are constantly appearing...
There is also a small change they appear when playing offline mode according to some youtube video.

try offline. didnt work for me and corrupted my data trying a few time back to back. i had to back up a day old copy and I just said screw it. As above its noted to not show up for players so add yet another bug.

I would wait, messing with offline mode can jack up your save files as noted above.

I went offline, loaded in, picked up the villain sectors, exited game, went back in online and they were still in my mission logs and map markers appeared in wasteland. I picked up 4 villain sectors that day, the 2 Maestros and the 2 online ones. Worked just fine for me.
