Square and Crystal Dynamics Don't Understand

It seems Crystal Dynamics just doesnt understand what Marvel Fans want in a game. A Pay to Win Mobile plays better than this. Basically the only things Marvel Avengers beats Marvel future revolution is on the graphics, voice acting and music department. Literally everything else Marvel Future Revolution does better.

Big open world, lots of villains to fight, each with their own story arc. Better Character Models, Better Abilities 8 abilities per character, all with different morphs which in hand turn them into completely different abilities so a true of 24 total abilities, and 1 ultimate. lower ability cooldown etc. Big areas to roam and do quests in, instead of small compact areas, filled with elevators as loading screens.

It's sad when a mobile game with less than half the budget, has a better game than a triple AAA Company. At this point, Marvel Avengers will have to pull something huge like No Man's Sky, or FFXIV a Realm Reborn, or even what would have been Anthem Next.

I agree, back when i used to play it, the game was just Marvel Future Fight and it pulled me in because I can play as Blade and other characters I love as well as characters I knew nothing about like that Wolfsbane girl ( the one with two guns on her back). Plus, the game was way more fun to play than this game.

I would still be playing it now if it wasn't on Mobile. I would be happy if they did like other devs do and port their mobile games to PC, but with the difference of taking out the Pay 2 Win stuff. They can keep the cosmetics, but just take out the annoying stuff and it would be a solid experience.

While I certainly agree with Future Revolution being better as far as costumes, character design, villains/enemies and more abilities per character, it's still an Auto Play mobile game. Square/CD could definitely take some inspirations from it, especially costume/character design.

Sadly I don't see Avengers lasting past Spider-Man, and once that contract with Sony/Playstation is fulfilled, I fear funding would be entirely dropped. I don't want that though, I would really love to play as Scarlet Witch or Captain Marvel someday, but not in a mobile game.

Yes, that's what I mean. It's sad that it's a mobile game. Imagine a game like that for PC, without the Pay 2 Win, the auto play and mostly the mobile UI.

And yes the costumes! The costumes we get on Marvel Avengers are all so bad, and the costumes in Future Revolution are amazing. Hopefully one day, we'll get a game like this but made for PC.

Agreed. I really don't like most of the costumes in Avengers, especially for the female characters. And even if they do manage to get Scarlet Witch, Storm, Captain Marvel, Firestar, or any other female character, they will not be 1:1 to the comics with costume design.

It will most likely be "Crystal Dynamics" inspired costumes, and they seem to be more conservative with female characters in recent years, starting with the Tomb Raider reboot, and Lara's redesign.

While I enjoyed the Tomb Raider reboot games, I much preferred the original Lara, aesthetics and personality wise.

We really need to start asking for refunds. send every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ copy back. we've been getting bamboozled from launch and people like me are partially to blame for our "wait for a patch" mentality. We need to stop waiting for them to fix their games. enough is enough.

What also really sucks is players who purchased additional costumes, emotes, takedowns and whatever from the premium marketplace will lose ALL of that content once they shut the servers down on this"Live Service" game. Try playing the single player campaign with no internet connection right now (like when they'll shut it off eventually) and you don't even have access to anything you've paid for.

Well, Future Revolution has less downloads than Marvel's Avengers. We're at least at four million copies sold by now, since at launch the game sold at least three million copies.

Seems that fans don't want games like Future Revolution as much as they want games like Marvel's Avengers.

But Future Revolution just launched, I'm sure it'll get more downloads over time.

On Steam, Future Revolution would do much worse than it does on mobile of course. It could get more players here for a brief time than Marvel's Avengers but that would drop really fast.

Your comparing numbers on a game that came out 1 year ago vs. another that released 4 days back. Regardless, there's already way more people interested in it because of Spider-Man alone and with his new movie coming out...there will be probably be more tie-ins to add which will just keep growing it's player base.

More villains, better story, better character models, a lot of end game content, raids, many dungeons, LV 1-100. many and do mean many different ways to build a character Since you ge 24 abilities, and gear that actually boosts certain abilities, so you have a reason to grind those pieces. 18 costumes for each character with 7 recolors, and you can mix and match pieces form all the sets.

If this had been on PC, it would be crawling with players, and would be a total success. It really does suck it's for mobile.

A lot of phones can't play it. Simply not true. Also was just released. My phone can't play it and bluestacks was having issues. I had to use a different 64bit emulator and it crashes sometimes. I'll wait until some emulator issues are ironed out of I get a better phone.

I get you have some lust going on for MA sales sucked and you know it. Playerbase has been pretty much on life support 3months after release and even ps4/5 is tiny. Use LDplayer, its runs it very well. A lot better than Bluestacks. I also tried bluestacks but LDplayer is much better.

I actually prefer the voice acting in the mobile game. Especially Stark. He is just so himself in that game, while he is a bumbling moron with the stupidest password ever in this game.
