What time does Kate Bishop Release at?

Just wondering what time she is supposed to release at tomorrow? I live on the US Eastern Time zone and am under the assumption she will release at either midnight like a game release or 1pm when then daily's refresh.

i was wondering the same thing, based on my expierence, (i am in colombia south america) the ones that are as on time as they can be are microsoft woth the xbox, in the playstation site, sometimes midnight, sometime before midnight, but with the steam, always the updates came on the same day around 10 h or mid day, i hope this would not be the case

Yeah I was hoping it would be better than the launch of the game which was like mid day. I am planning on streaming tomorrow so i wanted to know when so i could be on right when it releases, but sounds like the console players will get it first.
