infinite loading screen

Anyone else having this problem? I start the campaign back up and it just keeps showing me the avengers doing there little pose.

Loading can take awhile even on an M.2 SSD, several mins.

I let it sit for 10 minutes at the minimum, it started up without a problem when I first started playing didn't even take a minute but now its not even working :/

Some maps took me awhile to load but then again the loading was just one of the issues I came across, the other locked me out of the campaign mode altogether so I was able to refund it since half the game stopped working.

yeah that's what is happening to me I can't even start the campaign back up

Mine would start but you couldn't talk to anyone or examine anything so the story was just hung, it's a dead save, I couldn't even restart with a fresh save, it wasn't designed very well.

I'm having the same problem. Until yesterday, game was loading in seconds. Now it's stuck on loading screen for more than 20 minutes. It's installed on a SSD.

I had 20 plus hours into the campaign, and this morning I got the infinite loading screen when I tried to load into the campaign. I can load into the Avengers Initiative fine, but not the campaign. I've purposefully avoided the Avengers Initiative mode to minimize any spoilers.

I'm on the same boat, I cant load my save, I also had about 20 hours of gameplay so far. I have the game on an M.2 Drive.

If it's happening to lots of people maybe it's a server issue? Maybe the game phones home more than we thought?

A lot of people are having this issue. Two solutions I found were loading directly into the Avengers Initiative and go to Story Mode from there. Another is go to Documents/Marvel's Avengers and take one of the backup saves and rename it to the main save. I wouldn't delete your main save as the devs will probably fix this issue, so I'd move it somewhere safe. Also, I'd go to the main menu before quiting to desktop.

How do you go from Avengers Initiative to Story mode. I couldn't find a way

go into avengers initiative, go to the wartable. press up on the d pad and select campaign

Disable matchmaking. Matchmaking fubars load-times.
