Can I skip playing as Kamala?

Can I skip playing as Kamala?
Not because I'm racist or anything, I'm actually a member of a racial minority ( secler/ szekely).
I just want to play as the avengers maily Black Widow. :)

The story campaign is a narrative focused on Kamala as she reunites the Avengers. As the story progresses, you will be given some time with each of the Avengers, one-by-one until you have the team fully assembled.

The only way to skip straight to playing as Black Widow would be to bypass the campaign and go right into Avengers Initiative (multiplayer, but it can still be played with AI companions)

Yes, dont play campaign, wont miss anything anyway. And why do you need to prefix that you are not racists if you dont want to play Kamala, that sounds like something racist would say(and beign minority does not exclude you from beign racist).

The campaign is one of the best things going for this game. it's disappointing someone would want to play this and just ignore the story.

None of this answers OP's question. Seriously, if you don't like the game, fine. You are allowed to not like it. But there is no need to talk about how much you hate it in an unrelated question.

To OP: You can go straight to the after campaign game by selecting 'Avengers Initiative' from the main menu. If you care about story though, this will skip the entire story campaign.

I've had the game uninstalled for a week now. Waiting on more updates before I reinstall it since I passed the refund timer. I wish I could uninstall you from the forum.

During the singleplayer campaign, you can't. You play with whomever the game decides for a specific mission.
Once you get in the Avengers Initiative, the "multiplayer" mode, then you can choose who you want to play as.
