Then don't buy it.
Not really true. You should read some interviews with her creator on why Kamala was created, which also explains why Carol became Captain Marvel.
Sure, Marvel/Disney may use Kamala as a token character, but it wasnt why she was created in the first place. Same as Carol didnt turn into Captain Marvel due to feminism when it happened. She's just become a feminist super hero icon since that happened, while the movie went a wee bit overboard with it when they made Mar'Vell a woman instead of the original intent of it being Jude Law's role.
Kamala however is more a story about how things arent just black and white. If belief in something can be kept even if you suddenly run into proof that there isnt a single god and you also end up idolizing these things, aswell as having godlike powers bestowed upon yourself.
Kinda the same dilemma Kurt runs into as a die hard christian when he meets Thor, a walking god that isnt supposed to exsist.
A couple of story mission segments and the like. Not a whole lot from what I've seen.
I just look it at like this. If I can get the same amount of time out of Marvel's Avengers as I did Marvel Heroes the initial cost will mean nothing to me. We can afterall get most things in this game for free by playing, like costumes etc.
Kamala Khan, was created from the very beginning to be a token character. She was created, because the creator said Muslims had no representation.
I have been a comic book fan since the 80's. The industry changed entirely about 7 years ago, when all this PC characters started being introduced. You should read this thread in it's entirely, many examples have been posted.
"In 2014, Kamala Khan made history in the comics by being the first Muslim Marvel character to headline her own title. The comic book by G. Willow Wilson focused on the Muslim American diaspora as the Muslim teenager went on her superhero adventures within the larger Marvel universe."
Not just that but she is Pakistani-Muslim, targeting two groups that have been discriminated. One in the UK and another one in the US because of what happened in 9-11. Disney just let it escalate as it always does.
Then you have the voice actress comments:
"Seeing a superhero story about a group as notable as the Avengers through someone like Kamala is incredibly important, says Saad. Too often, people of color are relegated to background roles in superhero narratives where they can run the risk of being portrayed with negative stereotypes. And that can be harmful to the emotional and mental development for kids of color and how they perceive themselves."
You have to wonder why Crystal Dynamics didn't use her likeness for the character, oh wait I know:

Because the only thing Sandra Saad, that doesn't scream I'm white is her last name.
This is just more PC cancer because the most important part of any story should be interesting characters. It should never be about filling a quota. The obsession that a lot of the gaming media has with race and gender is embarrassing. A character can be any gender or race, but if it is not interesting or connects to the story, then this is a big problem.
And this is exactly what Disney and Marvel are doing. Look at what happened to Star Wars, now the MCU is going down the same path. It's not more about the story or interesting characters it's about meeting a quote of gender, races, and sexual preference. This keeps alienating the fans.
Comic book sales have been in a slump, ever since the whole social justice movement started:

Marvel is one of the few franchises, that doesn't need to cater to political correctness. There are 60 year old heroes in the Marvel Mythos that can be used. But instead Disney keeps Gender and Race swapping characters just to make a quick buck off minorities. This is just more virtue signaling, white guilt and fake wokeness which plagues big corporations now a days.
Look at Iron Man, Stan Lee said that iron Man was never a very popular character, yet the movies made him probably the most popular character in the Marvel Universe. Now take Carol Danvers the real Miss Marvel, who was a fan favorite character., Then look at how her popularity dropped because Disney tried to shove feminism down the fans throat with Brie Larson.
Cancel Culture should not be a thing, and it needs to be fought.
