Missing Word Ch 1 and CG Nr. 8

So i just finished the game with a more or less satisfied ending and just saw im missing the last "green" word in ch1 and a CG 2. row on the right side.
Anybody knows how to get them or better what i missed?
Since this is the only thing missing for 100% D:

When you're in the forest for the first time in C1, ask N if she knows where she's going, and she'll give you the last green
CG2 you should have gotten in the first playthrough CG2 should have unlocked near the end of your first plahthrough, when you learn of M's death, the CG that goes with it is CG2

the cg i mean is the 2. row on the far right under the the violin/yukino cg

then it's probably Normal Ending CG, go to chap 7 and choose to look at Wakaba or the Principal instead of Nanami.
