Evidence Markers bug

When responding to major crime calls where evidence markers are needed. When I go to get them out of the trunk it will say I took them but they wont show up in my inventory and if I try to reload the tools in the trunk it wont reload or show up in inventory. Have to restart game for it to work properly.

This happens to me too, I'm trying to restart it to see if it also resolves it for me.

Sometimes the Open Tool Wheel gets messed up I usually just go back in my vehicle and out again then the item usually shows up it almost like a reset.
