weigh station

I have gotten 2 unjustified cargo searches on the trucks even though their stopped at the weigh station, so I should be able to justifiably search their cargo, right?

As far as I know, the load may only be searched if there is sufficient suspicion, such as overloading (>60060 lb), or if the driver has been proven to have committed a crime (drunkenness, drugs, arrest warrant, etc.).

I've been able to search their cargo before on people who were perfectly fine and didn't get it unjustified.
