Vehicle registration bug

Lately I have been coming across this registration bug. You will see in the photos that the current in-game date is 7/21/20 and the vehicle tags in question expired on January 2020 but in the computer data base it says that the vehicles registration is up to date. I have in the past tried to issue a ticket for the expires registration only to be penalized points. I will note that this only seems to be with vehicles that have a registration expiration in January of 2020.
