Unfortunate. I've had numerous accidents as well where I'm needing to interview each person involved and either they are completely a ghost where I can walk through them or they are a complete lamppost where they are there yet both times I cannot see the 'talk' prompt thus not allowing me to do a full complete report. (and ive walked away and reapproached still not seeing - talk )

I will say though +20pts for a 100% report and +15pts for an incomplete so thats not too bad. Also thank you for not making us lose conduct points for us not interviewing them because a lot of us players would be very unhappy due to this bug! :)
