You not only run out of handcuffs, but more importantly the called police van stops the whole traffic, causing a massive traffic jam, and they don´t move.
For example, as you can see, all in three conjunctions there is an accident.

Yes - this is reproduced on each foot or patrol shift calling for an arrest transport.
Is there a certain pattern you realize when the bug occurs? If so, how does it look like? Have you done something before?
No - this seems to occur in all situations (day/night, all neighbourhoods and shift lengths)
Does it happen during a specific scenario? If so, when exactly?
No, it is a regular/general occurence.
Does it happen regularly? If so, how often?
This has started to occur on every continued game/load after the 8.2.0 hotfix. I will try a new game and see if that changes it.
