Pedestrian stuck after getting out of the car

In a control point, sometimes, when we ask for the driver to get out of the car, he is stuck just after standing up. I'm anable to talk to him. Pointing a gun on him has no effect. It block the circulation, so the entire control point.

Already a known issue, my post from November 2021, this was just after they had the Anti-Drug Update, they made a minor fix fixing voicelines for certain situations, other than that, hopefully the next Major update will fix this issue, which will be end of January 2022, if not delayed that is

Issues I posted in November

Patrol on Foot 90 Minutes, Night Time in the new District, first level Sharnwick, found a car with an expired license plate, pulled over with sign, told them about the expired license plate, asked for their ID, all seemed fine, their ID was someone else as well as the wrong gender, so I asked them to get out, as soon as they got out they started 'playing on their phone' so I couldn't interact with them, every time I did try to interact with them, they'd face me, but they'd still have the phone out, I called to tow their vehicle which was correct, but then I ran away to ignore the bug

Another instance I found later, I accepted a traffic stop callout, literally the first guy I had come out of his vehicle, he was groggy, but the instant he stepped out of his car, he was on his phone, after pressing F to talk, the phone disappeared but he never sequenced a conversation same as above, I tased him just to see if it'd fix the issue, no change, just lost CP for nothing, but it was a test after all, so I can't do the traffic stop since he's in the middle of the road, won't move at all

Another instance for a Traffic Stop Callout, they had an open warrant, after getting them to come out of the vehicle, they didn't move to the sidewalk, also didn't interact with a phone this time, but they were using gestures like emotes to their face as if they were idle and not in the sequence of following orders, again, standing in the middle of the road preventing other opportunities

Well, ok... I don't think I will report issues again. I saw a lot I'd like to report but I won't look at each of the hundreds of reports to see if it is known or already reported.

Don't worry about it, you can post your reports, even if they are known, maybe some aren't that you post, I was just giving clarity as it is known and my own point of view from my experience, maybe there is a bug you've witnessed that no one has posted, go ahead and post all of what you have, surely it could be helpful in any case, besides the whole point of reporting bugs is to help improve the game
