Highway safey non-existent for the patrol car.

I know that drivers in real life would be more cautions when seeing a patrol car. Yet there would percentage of those drivers that are reckless even with a patrol car in the area.
Main issue is your patrol car's lights really do nothing for protect for you. I would make sense if running lights make some drivers will slow down. Also being parked in the breakdown, some drivers would avoid using the lane close to you. I do know that patrol officers do get rear-ended in real-life as well.

The AI need to be diverse in how safe they drive than every drives like they thinking you as Frogger. Doesn't help to clear a highway scene when some patrol car has no traffic control tools. Who wants to risk there life using the police sign to stop every car when crossing all lanes for a person that has broken car on a center divided shoulder?

another concern to add to the AI, is when you pull a driver over on the highway and ask them to exit the vehicle the officer says "move to the sidewalk" of course there is none so the driver stays in place and even when you select "let go" the driver will forever stand there.
So, if you tow a car on the highway, the driver is stuck. "call a cab" would be a neat feature.

As you can't step over the guardrail. Where I seen some officers will ask you to "step over the guardrail and wait there" or stand 10/20 feet in front of driver's car next to the guardrail in real-life. Just in case of rear-ended crash.

LOL you said that about the game several times before the highway expansion and you have still not fixed anything AI traffic related. You knew about this a few years now. Lets face it, you do not intend to fix anything. Your content with the people here who just throw money at you. Until consumers push back and stop paying for buggy messes, developers will continue to sell sub par software and games. There is no way that you did not know about the sorry state of this DLC before you released it. I am just glad i waited for reviews before wasting money.

The fact is that this game will never come close to what LSPDFR offers. Its pretty pitiful state of affairs when modders that pour their soul into quality software do it for free, but when someone pays money they get far less than the standard that is expected.
