Make sure calls are turned on. There is now an option to turn calls off.

Sometimes you get a heap, and sometimes you get none.

Hello.
Try to disable/enable the calls option in the settings.
if it will not help try to start another shift it should fix this problem. Another way contact us again and I will resend this information to the developers.
Kind regards

Same issue here, starting a new shift may have fixed the problem.

Dispatch volume varies heavily based on your star level (how many callout types you've unlocked), type of patrol you're on (foot or vehicle), shift time, and just how pissed Judy gets at you if you've waved off a couple calls already. No, I'm serious, if you decline three calls in a row, Judy will 10-7 you for a couple hours, at least. I've had her 10-3 for half the shift until she came back on to tell me it was time to head back to the barn. It was a nice shift. Eerie... spooky even. But nice.

Hello did you create the new save file after the game has been updated?
The reason for this issue might be in old saves from the old version.

Kind regards

Yes i did, i started a new game on day one of it's release, even tough i had all the stars...Now i have 19 of these and since i'm on the second district i get like....1 call for driving accident, then nothing. I can only hand around in the street but Judy call me no more.

I love this game but if i have to restart it all the time, it will start to be annoying <.< !

Make sure if you are playing Simulation mode, you check if Radio Calls on/off is enabled. Start menu, Settings, Game, under Gameplay, General Casual Settings. It's the last option there, "Turn Radio Calls on/off". Under Casual Mode, it's default on. Simulation mode, default is off.

Now, the strange thing on it, is it says it enables or disables the ability to turn radio calls on/off. As in, it appears there's supposed to be another option somewhere in the game itself. I think the 10-7/10-8 function is roadmapped later, because I've looked and I'll be damned if I can find a keybind for it. I run with the option disabled, and I find calls come in much less frequently. So far. But I'm still growing my first post-release officer (because I'm doing Simulation mode now, so slower going). But I still do get some callouts. So I'm not sure if you just have something else going on. You might try toggling that option, if it's currently off. Toggle it on, go back in, see if you get a callout, then toggle it off again and see if they go away.

I think i tried everything: Putting the calls on Off, On......doing the same via the menu, reload the game, start a new game then loading back the main one, checking the folders via steam....right now, i'm trying to un-instal and re-install it...... I'm running out of options....And without calls, this game is just plain boring.

....Somethign else, there's not even car accident front of me now. What happened to my game ? >:

There, after trying to re-install my game....Still nothing. No more calls. The game is dead for me. So it must come from the options setting or something. Now, i know that the first time i asked "no more calls" it was in multiplayer. Am i fored to be in multiplayer to ask back some calls ? I don't know.

Yeah, something's definitely messed up, then. Although for me, I find the game a little better without calls. Driving around, having to spot problems to take care of. I had nearly an entire shift that all I did was traffic stops and the occasional accident I rolled up on. That never happened in early access, seemed like near the end of any call I was on, there came another. I'd barely ever get to do actual patrols. That said, you do miss out the crime scene ones, I don't think I've ever walked up on robberies or assaults without a callout.

Have you by chance tried starting a new character and seeing if the call outs work for them? Wouldn't have to get rid of your current one, just in case it doesn't, which you could just go back to it. Just a thought.
