devs the cars wont move when lights on green and other places there just stationary causing massive traffic jams also can we have hand gestures to use lanes left or right dependent on the side of the accident

Indeed!, the "Direct to left or right lane" is severely needed as if you have multiple tows, arrests, ambulances on the way its creates an unmanageable traffic jam. There may be a more eloquent solution to this but this is probably one of the most obvious ways to do it.

Hand gestures wont work to make them move alt ways. I got cars with running wheels but they aint moving and there ends up having long jams and the game is kinda practically stuck.

what about a multi directional traffic advisor built into the light bar left left lane right rightlane outwords left and right lanes

I've had this problem multiple times too. Usually behind a trafic light. The vehicle is stuck just below the trafic light. Wheel spins, but it does nothing else.
