Major Accident Fires At Night

One thing I have noticed the most in terms of bugs have mostly been events that happen at night, before and after unlocking a Fire Extinguisher primarily.

I had responded to Major accidents and 1 car more often than not was on fire and needed a fire extinguisher .... now during the day this would be fine when I had one to pull out but at night, you simply cannot have one a Fire Extinguisher, Even when I equip a Fire Extinguisher in the small car at night, ( multiple times throughout the night), it does not equip it and leaves the slot empty upon leaving the Garage.

My major issue with this it not only that I have been refused the use of an item for a specific event as major crashes (So Far) but it also effects the entire traffic around the accident, I cannot remove the car in any way and I often can't have emergency vehicles pick up, tack care off, or even remove other vehicles because of the car on fire where being allowed a Fire Extinguisher at night would simply fix .... there are also other issues involving NPC's being unable to be interacted with sometimes after exiting the vehicle leaving events either failed or just unable to do a full completion

Thanks for taking the time to reading what many have probably already made notes on .... but I couldn't find many direct conversations on this topic so I made one here

Also, a side note, given that there are ambulances to call for in accidents that have injuries, could I suggest a fire truck to help deal with such fires that may or may not be added in more depth in the future like major fires a simple Fire Extinguisher would be unable to stop

I'm having the same problem and can not equip the fire extinguisher at night. It's most likely a bug that they need to fix.
