BTW, in general I want to thank you for your engagement within the community, it's highly appreciated! I gave you an award for this post as my sign of... well, appreciation :D
If I like a game, I also study the game mechanics to understand them.
But I am also happy to pass on my findings so that others don't lose interest so quickly.
In my almost 200 hours of playing PSPO, I have also learned how to deal with many of the bugs.
As you can see here in the community hub, there are a lot of players who don't have nearly as much patience and understanding for the game or the development process.
And I think that's a shame, because the game has so much potential, and I would think it a shame if you as developers lost interest/motivation because of the harsh criticism (which is understandable in part).
I didn't like using it in the city too much, but it's quickly become my favorite vehicle in HP expansion because it can carry a set of all the equipment, has decent power, and that winch is pretty useful for clearing up wreckage that the towing Jabronies won't.
But depending on the type of accident, it involves a lot of maneuvering and therefore time-consuming.
