As for the CPR minigame -- personally, I don't think it's that great a feature. It sure isn't worth all the havoc it wreaked on the game.
I mean, sure its nice to be able to do (extremely) basic first aid as the first responder on scene instead of just calling for an ambulance and then chatting up the witnesses or taking pics as someone could possibly be dying feet away...
...but that random "wouldnt it be nice?" train of thought was not worth absolutely warping whatever foundational code was obviously tying the entire games creation logic together. Anything and everything to do with actually playing this game outside of sitting in the police station has been effected in a negative way, and now a game that had an overall positive community and positive reviews is being destroyed, all while the devs (publicly facing at least) seem to just whistle a tune and act like it isnt even happening.
Similarly I've had injured people sat on the floor, clipping through the ground and unable to interact.
I'm having this exact problem with every accident I go to. There are multiple injured people, but at least one of them I can't interact with, which means the medics never clear out, creating a huge traffic problem. How is this game buggier now than when I last played probably 6 months ago?
