Fire extinguisher
What level do you need to be at to get a fire extinguisher for a tool in the game?

had a car that was smoking yet said I needed a fire extinguisher tho

When I checked the back of the vehicles IPV and EPV it said that I had to unlock tools in the trunk but I found out if you just drive the vehicle in the garage you can add the tools there.

I might create another thread/post but I started a shift and soon as I got out of Police Station there was a Major Accident I chose to attend, I hopped into my SUV and when I got there a car was on Fire; it was here the game taught me about Fire Extinguishers and apparently I needed to equip them at the Garage?

So yeah here I am thinking "what do I do?"

1-Abandon the task and drive back to Garage?
2-Complete the incident and see what happens if I fail to put the fire out
3-Quit the game entirely and make a post LOL (here i am) PS. I will be sure to equip it in Garage now
