Light mods too bright

Is it just me or are all the police car light mods in the workshop unusable at night because they are simply far too bright/too much bloom? I'm wondering if it is just me and I need to change a setting somewhere (my graphics are just on the default 'ultra' setting)

The default game police car lights work fine for me, but all the mods seem to be 10x brighter. They're fine for morning shifts, but afternoon and especially night get way too bright

What works for me is i got into my settings and turn bloom on then off or vice versa if you have it on. I had both versions of the North American Lighting (Red and Blue), normal and reduced bloom and that is what i had to do at night.

was soo bright i couldn't use it

thanks, I turned bloom off and it fixes it for night, but they don't look good. I'm not sure why there are no red/blue light mods that don't just use the default brightness/bloom

The ones i had downloaded the guy had made 2 options regular and reduced bloom but the reduced bloom didn't seem to fix the problem. I'm starting to get into modding but the ELS i gotta read more into.

yeah I didn't notice any difference with the reduced bloom version. I tried a different red/blue one recently which isn't as bad on all vehicles except the crown victoria, I think the white part of the crown vic bar has the brightness issue. Any mods with orange lights are also too bright
