Encountering a Fake License Plate
Just now, I discovered that fake license plates do exist. I ran a car's plate, but no record came back for it. The driver's ID was fake too. The fake license plate charge can now be enabled.

FACTS. I've found cars that are parked with a Fake Plate. Usually they are also out of date so I ticket and tow them anyway. On the Flip side I have NEVER seen fake Insurance, but it is enabled.

Fake insurance is actually really obvious most of the time. If, for example, someone drives a sedan, but their insurance says "Van," that's fake.
