REsolving Traffic Jams

Can anyone tell me how to solve Traffic Jams? Sometimes the Rescue or other cars dont get through. Tryed with Handsigns but the cars dont react. Any Tutorials on this somewhere online maybe?

I found if you block bloth lanes )at an angle) with your car, it will detour entry from other cars forcing them to make a u-turn. If that doesnt work, maybe deploy your barricades, cones, and flares to warn drivers.

The U-Turns dont work. It says "They cant turn on a One way Street" (in German)

I'm still experimenting with regulating traffic. It's not easy. Cars don't always listen, and error messages are just sometimes incorrect (like the one-way street message). With that said, I find that you can let the traffic build up, an the game doesn't care, which is a bit sad.

Sometimes, you just can't avoid it. When that happens, I leave it up to the civilians to work it oout.

Traffic jams are a common thing in this game, way more lately.
Cars stopping for no reason anywhere and everywhere and not moving again. Emergency vehicles that we call sometimes get stuck on the way, we can hear them and see them but they wont arrive at the scene. When they reach the scene, specialy ambulance and police tranporter, they stop if lucky they medic/officer gets out and come get the patient/suspect and take him/her t the vehicle but never gets in. The options we have to deal with it don`t work and no matter what we try they just wont move on.
As it is now, we can´t do much or anything at all. It´s on the developers hands to fix this persistent issue that got worse since around the Holding Cells update.
