Headlights
So when im patrolling in the evening, some cars appear to not have headlights on... when I say some, i mean like 9.5/10 lol. Graphics glitch? lights are on at the rear of the vehicle, its not registered as a broken headlight etc.

Yes, it's a known issue... Initially, I even tried to fine some drivers for broken headlights but I lost Conduct Points for that. Hopefully the issue will be addressed soon.

I'm pretty sure the headlights bug happened after the 9.0.0 release. Everything was fine before that.
