where is my dlc SUV?

i re-installed the game after i bought the "urban terrain vehicle" dlc, the big 4 arrestee capacity SUV. but i can not find it anywhere even the game says it's unlocked. i've checked multiple police stations for this issue. i've seen videos on yt people showing off this car at the very start of the game, like after first car unlocked but i've played it more than that, i've got 13 stars. still can't find the car. it's not an issue if the game AI wasn't being that much of unintelligent but i need more spaces on the car for transfering suspects with them around. i tried to file integrity check, also tried to start a new career after buying the dlc, even completely deleted the game and re-installed in the day to solve this but still couldn't solve. anyone have an idea how to solve?

Go into one of the garages in one of the police prescients.

Once you enter the garage you’re able to choose which vehicles you want parked in the 4 parking spaces in front of the police station.

Try to swap one of the vehicles and select urban SUV. Let me know if that works.

Mine is selectable but the SUV starts sliding left and right like its doing a sideways moonwalk when I come to a stop.

You have to drive the cruiser up to the garage to enter, your DLC vehicle will be there.
