Drunk in public arrest ?
If someone is drinking in public and you can tell that they're intoxicated how can you arrest them ? is it possible to give them the breath test and if so how ?

Being drunk doesn't seem to be an offence in public, but drinking in public (holding a bottle of alcohol) is ticketable offence, but you can't arrest them for being drunk unless they've been driving.
