Where to find drug dealers??

I too have found there is a lock all of a sudden. Was this an update? I have been looking around at night and can find none.

My go-to has always been parks. You need to spot someone standing and spy on that person from a far enough distance. After some time, another person will come by for a deal. You need to make sure you're "zooming in"/using insight so it'll give the prompt that a deal was made.

Waiting for someone to make a deal can take a *lot* of time; when it seems like it's too long, I move to another park in the area. I've found drug dealers in alleyways and dark areas, but parks are where they're easiest to spot for me.

I have only been able to catch either the drug dealer or the customer, but not both; the only time where I could catch both is in multiplayer.

I also check the parks alot. Sometimes somebody is just standing somewhere for a long time. In that case there is a big chance that that person is a drug dealer. When waiting takes to much time, I just walk there and detain him for distributing drugs. This will give you -5 cp, but after that his reaction makes searching justified, so you can arrest him and score some points!

You don't even have to detain them. The way I earn the most points is I turn on my flashlight to scare them, taze them quickly, and focus on them to see if they were selling or buying drugs. You can usually get both and not lose any CP doing it.
