How do you give tickets to cars on foot?

I stopped a driver with headlight out and running red light, but I can't interact with the car/driver?

You can use the "police stop" placard tool to pull them over from the street, then when they park, approach them and talk to the driver through the window.

and that's IF they park, asked 2 drivers to pull over and they supposedly found a place, but never moved, i waited 30 IRL minutes, then the game crashed. lul

here lately, I haven't had any issues with getting cars to stop while I am holding the sign, but I stand in front of them to make them see it, lol.

be sure they have a place to park.

IIRC the car should make 3 turn to park (quick turn), if they dont, then they aren't parked. (you also receive a message when they are parked that pop out)

avoid arresting car at the cross, or they will go beserk. alsoa void near neighbor limit, or they will go park out of limit (sneaky bastards XD)
