Is there a way to switch between"stop" and "move along".?
It seems to be random. Sometimes it will just say stop or move along over and over or just repeat the same command over and over. Not that they listen which is frustrating.

and while I'm here is here a way to zoom out while your driving?

To zoom out you have to increase the FOV in the menu options.

When working normally, the command should always state the opposite of what the vehicle is doing. However, if a vehicle gets stuck it can result in the command just repeating the same over and over.
I've had limited success in fixing vehicles like this by telling them to reverse or u-turn, but it is very hit and miss.
