Report a translation problem
1.) Photograph all the vehicle damages (both on the vehicles and the broken parts scattered around the accident scene). When aiming with the camera, the game shows the elements to photograph with an icon if you are close enough to them and are visible in the camera, so make sure to use various positions and angles to photograph everything.
2.) If there are any pedestrian witnesses, interview all of them.
3.) Check the ID of every involved driver, then interview them about the accident.
4.) Perform drug and alcohol tests on each of them. If the intuition system suggests that any of them look under the influence, you can also frisk them.
5.) Give all of them their accident reports. If it turns out that any of them were driving under the influence (or were carrying an illegal weapon), make sure to give them their report before arresting them. After that, you can also search their vehicles.
