What are the symbols for the drug test and their meaning?

So far I've seen dashes but idk if that's good or bad and I tried searching to see but I can't find out an answer. Would appreciate an answer :)

Okay that clears it up, I've heard some people say there are X's or checkmarks so I got confused there. Thank you for the comment

I was confused at first too - I thought the game was giving me everything found in this person's test results (didn't notice the negative signs until I had one person show up with a positive one).

Maybe the UI should color-code negative as green and positive as red (backwards, I know, but it might help).

Yeah it just being grey also had me confused too haha

Good ideas. Or maybe "Detected" vs "Not Detected" under the name of the drug being tested. Color coding would be good too.
