alcohol limit while driving
hello, whats the minimum of acohol % when driving?
see some guys with 0.030%. Is that enough to arrest?

Don't know why this is marked as correct. The legal limit is 0.08, 0.80 is double the amount of alcohol necessary to kill a grown man.

Also to add, there is one that applies to CDL holders when they're on duty (specifically truck drivers for now.)

And that is they can't measure anything higher than 0.00. I want to say that even having a mint or a mouthwash will send them over the limit in that case. :neonoh: I've arrested drivers at crashes that blew a 0.001 and still had it justified.
