First person on foot?
Hello, great game so far really enjoying it.

I just wondered if we will get first person (V key toggle) on foot whilst patrolling. Understand that may be difficult with certain actions, but maybe the camera adjusts to third person again for actions/stopping people as it does now, but just allows first person whilst free walking around city? Would this be possible to be a toggle like it is with driving with the V key?

We decided against it for now since we would not only need to rework all the animations to fit into the first person view but we also think that it does not bring that much to the table in our current game. A lot of effort just to have a different camera perspective :/

seriously? Instead of doing it in first person, did you choose to do it in terrible third person? The animations are terrible and the character is painful to look at.

Damn imagine having to put in EFFORT into the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ half assed game you are charging people and absurd amount of money for. How ridiculous would that be? Actually having to WORK on the product you are selling to customers.

That pretty much sums up astragon as a publisher:

-Putting effort into the product? No.

-Listening to the requests of the community for additional content? No.

-Charging an absurd amount of money for a game that looks and plays like an alpha. YES! $$$

-Releasing minor gameplay features as "updates" to shove in more paid DLC to milk your customers of every last cent with the lowest amount of effort possible? YES!! $$$

You do not want to produce a quality game you only want an easy Cashgrab to rake in that sweet money from people that are dumb enough to buy it. That reflects in every MB of your games and in every response/non-response you give to your community

Man, imagine crying over a perspective. Do you know why GTA V has such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ first person angles? Do you know how to program a video game? Either of you? Maybe you should go make your own game and stop crying like children.

Well, at least there's an option for those that have VR headsets, as any game that runs on UE 4 or 5 can be played in first person using the UEVR mod, including PSPO. GTA V can also be played in first person VR with a different mod, which honestly makes it feel like you're in the game, compared to 1st or 3rd person on a monitor. Skip ahead to about 8 minutes into the video to see an example. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0v1UnLWNC5g
