Game keeps looking blurry (suggestions)

Hi guys,

If someone has a potential solution for this, please let me know.

My game has been looking blurry since the beginning. Every asset that is a bit far away, looks like as if the resolution scale is set to low.

I have added a screenshot of my video settings (ultra, 1920x1080, resolution scale 100 and all view distances to max) and a screenshot of the 'blurryness'.

There is a mechanic with focus in game so I think some of it is intended. Not saying it couldnt be optimized because its pretty clear a lot could be. Also there is a blur effect on by default. It looks like yours is set to Ultra. Make sure thats off.

Thanks for your reply! You mean motion blur? I have turned this off already.

I think it's DoF that is causing it. I disabled it and it looks better imo.

This is DOF in effect. "Camera" is focusing on the foreground sign pole.

i get blurry only in on the shirt of the office character uniform in the title screen.
In the game it is as it should.

Note: only in the shirt , chest, stomach and arms. The neck part is ok and everything else.
